Charlie Harmon focuses his practice on commercial real estate leasing, representing landlords and tenants in negotiating retail, warehouse, office, build-to-suit, and ground leases. As a former real estate in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 automotive parts retailer, he brings a unique perspective on what corporate tenants need for fast, scalable growth.
Charlie’s leasing counsel is further informed by nearly a decade of prior private practice experience representing developers in ground-up development, spanning land acquisition and financing to leasing and disposition.
Charlie earned his law degree from Duke University. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
